Do Germans have germs?

The name Germany suggests they have “many germs”. I have a theory: That the brats the fat Germans eats make their bowels rancid filled with a putrescent mass that causes colon cancer. I think if we stopped them from eating, we’d cure cancer and save the world from their ilk. Who agrees?
